ltd until paid for in full
- Subject to stock availability we
aim to dispatch goods within 48 hours of receipt of order
- Goods returned for credit or refund
will only be accepted if proved to have a manufacturing
fault and provided that an authorized returns number is
quoted. This may be obtained by e-mailing or telephoning
us directly.
DELIVERY
- Breakages and discrepancies must
be notified by e-mail within twenty four hours of receipt
– otherwise we regret no claim can be considered.
- We regret we do not deliver to third
parties
- UK delivery charges:
- £4.95 for the first item
- £0.50 for each subsequent
item
- We do not deliver outside mainland UK and Northern Ireland
GUARANTEE
- All products, parts and accessories
are guaranteed against manufacturer’s defects.
- The guarantee will vary from product
to product and from accessory to accessory.
- Some parts are required to be fitted
by a qualified electrician, failure to do so will invalidate
the guarantee.
- If you are doubtful about your guarantee
and wish to check, please ring Robot Coupe UK on 0208 2321800
- The guarantee is not valid outside
of the Republic of Ireland and United Kingdom.
- BBS ltd reserves the right to ask
for sight of the receipt to support any in guarantee claim.
- BBS ltd reserves the right to change
prices without prior notification.
- None of the above will affect your
statutory rights.
- Any goods returned must have an authorisation number available from BBS LTD on 01252 727755.
